Elite Performance Training Camp November 7 & 8

We are having a two-day Open Training Camp on June 13-14, 2015. This 2-day intensive athlete camp is designed to give you a good understanding on where you are as an athlete, identify areas of improvement, and give you the tools to understand how programming, nutrition, mobility and mental focus all play into your success as a CrossFit Athlete. Here is just some of what will be covered:

BASELINE TESTING
This testing will encompass the areas of absolute strength, dynamic strength, dynamic speed, absolute speed, and energy systems (CP, power, lactic & aerobic), along with mixed modality work and fatigue factors. This testing is the basis to understanding yourself as an athlete, the key to identifying your deficiencies, and has the ability to provide feedback on what your training should look like for the upcoming year.

BREAKOUT CLINICS
Throughout the entire weekend, there will be breakout groups that will focus on weightlifting and gymnastic movements.

ADDITIONAL LECTURES
Our coaches, along with guest presenters, will be providing additional information on programming, nutrition, mobility and the mental side to training.

OPTIONAL TESTING
Test to determine your metabolic rate and Vo2 Max, along with Bipedic Analysis will also be available during the weekend.

COACHES
The camp is led by world renown coach Jason Leydon, owner and head trainer at CrossFit Milford. Additional coaches specializing in gymnastics, weightlifting and nutrition will be brought in as needed.
